Slightly cheaper than other locals, much cheaper than nationals. Very good and reassuringnowledge of what would be required. Straightforward and easy to deal with, good communications. Worked to make the whole job convenient for us. Made every effort to ensure that the new boiler installation was working completely satisfactorily - including a post-installation fitment of a pressurised system in place of the expansion tank. I would (and have already) recommended Neil to friends.

I have read others who left positive feedback and can only add to that. They did exactly what they said they would do and on inspecting the installation it was really top quality. There were two areas I didn’t like regarding pipe runs and Neil confirmed "its no problem" and is scheduling them to be fixed. Would recommend for price, quality and easy to do business with.

NBB Energy was the first agree to a visit and provide a quote and compared to all the other big and small energy companies we spoke to, they offered the most transparent and competitive quote. Neil who visited made himself available to answer all follow up questions we asked by phone, text and e-mails and when we asked for different quotes for different boiler units he was more than willing to oblige. The installation team agreed to work around our schedule and fit the replacement boiler on a Saturday and two weeks later, we are very pleased with a very professional completed. I would recommend speaking to NBB Energy before signing up to a job of this nature with any other company.
